You will receive an email confirmation once your items have been shipped. All monogram orders will take an extra 5-7 days to ship. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal services, damaged or stolen packages.

Returns: We do not allow returns at this time but we do allow exchanges if there is a problem with your order within 10 days of your purchase.
